Actions speak louder than words, but what question are you answering with your actions today? Your daily actions unconsciously or consciously answer a question.

By calling out the question that you want to answer with your actions each day, you can guide your behavior in a positive direction. My mentor introduced me to this technique, which gave me a framework for guiding my actions throughout the day.

The beauty of asking questions is that they help bring out our resourcefulness. By asking better questions, we can take better actions.

It all starts with framing our daily actions around a question. By doing so, we can ensure that our actions are aligned with our goals and values and can help us make progress towards the things that matter most.
